Two years later, Dean re-purchased the Company and renamed it Entrepreneur Growth Capital. Dean is also the Founder and CEO of Credit Cash LLC, a fast growing merchant advance company. Prior to entering commercial finance, Dean was an associate at Bear Stearns & Company and an analyst at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. Dean received his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his BA from Duke University. Dean serves on the Board of Trustees of the Allen Stevenson School and of the Randall's Island Sports Foundation.

James returned to New York City in 1997 as Group Counsel to FINOVA Capital Corporation, supporting the factoring and business credit divisions, and became Associate General Counsel in 2000. James joined Entrepreneur Growth Capital in 2003 and provides legal services to the Company in all areas of business. James received his law degree from DePaul University School of Law.

Steve’s knowledge and background in finance and various areas of collateral management enables him to provide EGC and its clients with the expertise, insight and ability to effectively evaluate and meet their financial needs.

Todd was previously a Business Development Officer for Alpine Commercial Capital and Unitech Capital. Prior to Todd’s career in lending he was a Vice President-Investments at Smith Barney. Todd plays an active role in his community; he is a former Councilman and currently serves as Treasurer for a Regional Utility Authority and Member of his local Planning Board. Todd is married with two children.
